Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated net profits of Arab Developers Holding hiked by 228.8% to EGP 92.86 million in 2021, compared to EGP 28.24 million in the earlier year, including minority shareholders' rights.
The company generated revenues of EGP 1.1 billion in 2021, up from EGP 863.39 million in 2020, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
As for the standalone businesses, the company achieved net profits of EGP 6.73 million in 2021, against net losses of EGP 17.72 million in the previous year.
It is noteworthy to mention that in the first nine months (9M) of 2021, the group turned to consolidated net profits of EGP 90.97 million, versus net losses of EGP 8.62 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, including minority shareholders' rights.
